Whatever your goal, I understand that your sport is your passion, your business, your moneymaker, your chance, or your dream,...so I take it seriously.

As an NBA athletic trainer, I’ve been immersed in the professional sports setting. I know what’s demanded at a high level. I’ve worked directly with great clinicians, coaches, and athletes. My coaching reflects a combination of all my knowledge, experience, and tricks of the trade, fused with my own unique methods.

 Who I Work With

I work with professional athletes, college athletes, & young aspiring athletes who love training or have actual goals with their sport. I also work with high school, club, & AAU teams looking to upgrade their programs to another level. 

Pros: If you are in your off-season we can create an entire plan and schedule for you.

College: Same goes for you in your off-season. You can pair up with teammates as well. If you are local I can help with your recovery. If your school does not have a strength program or coach then reach out to me. 

Young Athletes: Parents of middle schoolers, I give your kids the foundation of movement patterns, technique, and strength to prepare them for high school and put them ahead of the curve. High Schoolers I’m here to prepare you for the collegiate setting while helping you accomplish your current athletic goals.

Coaches: I can be the performance coach for your team or club, a consultant, a speaker, or an educator. We can partner in several different ways. Let’s talk about how I can help make your club get more attention and ultimately produce results for your athletes. 

Others: If technically you are not an athlete, but you consider yourself one, train like one, & you have competitive goals, then talk to me as well.

With a background and credentials in both sports medicine, and strength and conditioning, I can be a one stop shop for you if that’s what you are looking for. We’ll hit your training sessions hard and then you can get hands on recovery after, which involves stretching and a variety of soft tissue techniques (massage). Together we can develop a weekly schedule, planning out what you need and what works best for you with your time.

Secondly, being at your best does not only involve strength training, fitness, and recovery. If that’s it, you’re missing out. So I’m going to focus on all the things that will optimize your health & performance. This is what will help maximize your training results, minimize your time needed to recover, and give you that overall edge. At the start of your program, expect us to take a deep dive into your nutrition, hydration, sleep, daily habits, and routines, as well as other factors that influence your performance. From there we implement strategies or changes that will optimize your performance and life in a way that’s sustainable for you. Considering that the holistic health of your body and brain are massively important to your goals, I’m going to assume you want them fully optimized. If you are about getting better, then expect this to be a part of your coaching.
