Young Athletes and Parents:

If you are...

- in middle school and high school

- have little or no training experience and are just getting started

Why? It's crucial to have a strong movement foundation. The reality is that if you want to keep up with the competition, excel in your sport, and have more fun doing it, then you need strength and power. You need to train. But before you do that, you need to know how to move the right way. In fact, learning proper muscle activation, technique, and movement patterns alone can significantly increase your performance results in vertical jump, agility, sprints, and even lifts like the squat or deadlift. And that's exactly what I'll teach you. My in person and remote, online training provides you with the solid movement base you need while building athleticism. If you start with a good foundation you’ll be way ahead of the game as you keep progressing in your sport.

Does any of this describe you? Well, believe it or not, I can totally relate because I've been there. The reality is that all the above affects the quality of our work and ability to concentrate. Equally true, however, is that movement through exercise and stretching alone can be a game-changer for improving how you feel and for increasing your quality of work and life.  My customized in-person sessions, live zoom training calls, or online programs provide the following:

In addition, you can add zoom health coaching calls to your programs to get counseling in the specific areas where you need help (nutrition, sleep, stress management, etc).
