Hi, I’m Mass, your athletic trainer, strength coach, & most importantly. . . your guide; to the next level of your game, your life, or whatever that next level is to you.

I am an athlete who suffered from my own injuries & setbacks throughout high school & college which then led me to work as an athletic trainer in the NBA for the Philadelphia 76ers.

Through my method of coaching you will:

  • You will be able to get back your athleticism & to playing the sport you love safely

  • You will receive a personalized plan of action on how to proceed with safety & attain the best results. 

    You shouldn’t have to stop training, moving, or working on your skill because of an injury. In fact, that might be the worst thing you can do. Rehabilitation = strengthening

I notice there seems to be a gap that people can miss between rehabilitation and return to sport or activity. And that's good old strength and conditioning…plus power and agility training if you are an athlete. In fact, why do we separate them? I operate under the philosophy that strength training is rehabilitation and rehabilitation is strength and conditioning. The process is one and the same. We strengthen areas of weakness, learn how to move the right way, and prepare you as best as possible to handle the loads of your sport or your activity of choice.
