As an NBA athletic trainer, I’ve been immersed in the professional sports setting. I know what’s demanded at a high level. I’ve worked directly with great clinicians, coaches, and athletes. My coaching reflects a combination of all my knowledge, experience, and tricks of the trade, fused with my own unique methods.

 Who I Work With

Individuals: 1-on-1 Training & Consulting at your convenience. We can work out of your home gym, orI could bring my portable equipment to you. We can do outdoor workouts or meet at one of the convenient semi-private gym spaces I utilize in the area.

Groups: Grab your friends! Small groups of 2-5 or even larger groups of 10-20

Businesses: A business is as good as it’s people, and people are at their best when they are healthy. I can be the performance coach, a consultant, a speaker, or an educator for your business or peers. We can partner in several different ways whether its group workouts, resources, challenges, or education. Let’s chat!

One Stop Shop

With a background and credentials in both sports medicine, and strength and conditioning, I can be a one stop shop for you if that’s what you are looking for. This means training + hands on recovery sessions involving soft tissue therapy and stretching. Together we can develop a weekly schedule, planning out what you need and what works best for you with your time.
